3 monthsThe first time you get the Q9 TWS true wireless headphones, the earbuds are in the charging case, you need to :
(1) Remove the plastic firm on charging contact point under the earbuds and get the earbuds back in the case charging for a while
(2) Take out the earbuds from the charging case, then they will automatically turn on and available for a connection
(3) Connect the "Q9" to your phone via bluetooth settings menu
After the first connection completed, the earbuds will automatically turn on and connect your smart phone when removed from the case, automatically turn off and charge when put back in the case.
